Description:
When an overdue item is checked in and there should be fines, no fines are displayed and nothing get added to the patron's cash data. And no z31 cash record is created.

Resolution:
The patron in question had the z305_ignore_late_return flag set to "Y". This flag appears in the GUI Local Patron Information / as the option "Late Return Ignored".
