    Description:
The "Cash Summary" and "Full Details of Single Cash Transaction" that you can print from the GUI/Circ/Cash screen does not offer the due and return date/time, which is critical in explaining charges to patrons. These pieces of loan data do not appear to be in the XML feeding these templates (but do appear in each charge's expand in the GUI). Has anyone found a workaround that will permit us to provide the user with meaningful printed documentation of charges? (We have also learned that in the case of fines generated through renewal, the original due date is not the piece of data that is needed, but rather the historical due date!)

    Resolution:
If you just need a printout of the return information use the F11 key on either GUI window. This should give you a basic table printout with the information from the display (tab_item_display or tab_cash_display).
