GUI client access denied by the newly upgraded PC server

Description:
The upgrade express kit has been run on the Test server. While there're pending issues (mostly warnings), A GUI client was installed to test out. The connection was refused. The following error was found in the PC server log:

Server does not support client version '18.01'

Resolution:
This is like KB 6681. The following line needed to be added to the Test server's $alephe_tab/tab_version:

18.01 ALEPH Y 0

And then, restart the pc_server.
