    Description:
If an item had more than one hold in version 16, it would automatically print out the hold slip and then a hold waiting slip. We can't get it to do this in version 18 and were looking for a work around. In 18, when the item is checked out by the first patron and then returned, a dialog box appears saying that the item has holds. After putting in the barcode number for the item and then selecting "Hold Requests" the GUI crashes with a Microsoft error.

This is related to the application of version 18 service pack 781 (coming from Service Pack 155). When we uninstall the Service Pack, the problem goes away.

    Resolution:
They were lacking the GUI programs corresponding to the service pack 781. Acquiring these via Version check corrected the problem. See KB 8192-3031.
