After installing the Service Pack, we find that the GUI (any module) crashes when we click on Staff Privileges.

Resolution:
v20 rep_change 3577 requires new GUI .exe modules. Check the /exlibris/aleph/a20_3/aleph/pc_exe/sp_exe/xxxx/bin/ directories on the server. These should have been brought to your pc by Version Check. The xxx.exe files on your pc should match these in date/time and size.
