How does UE_08 know that a particular bib Z01 record needs to be checked (or re-checked) against the authority file?

Resolution:
When a z01 is created the program checks the bib library's_tab_aut to see if the index that this z01 belongs to is one which has an authority file relationship. If not, it writes the Z01-AUT-LIBRARY as "-CHK-", if so it writes it as "-NEW-". The ue_08 daemon is constantly going through the Z01 table looking for "-NEW-" Z01s to process.
