Resolution
AVA $$d is created from z30-call-number, using definitions in ./[adm]/tab/edit_field.eng, field LOC identifier "D".
If Items are missing, AVA $$d is created from HOL record field 852, using definitions in ./aleph/aleph_start "correct_852_subfields".
