    Description:
How is the order number for an OPAC acquistions request determined and can that value match the settings in acq.ini [OrderNumber]?

    Resolution:
The order number for an OPAC acquistions request is determined based on the patron's Z303-HOME-LIBRARY. From that ADM the last-order-number is used as the basis for the new order.

Although you can not have it match the settings in OrderNumber (such as having the order number based on the Z68_DOC_NUMBER and Z68_SEQUENCE) you can change the default value in the ADM using util G/2 so it isn't using the same order number as has already been used. Also, you can edit the order number in the GUI so that it does use your desired numbering scheme.
