    Description:
How can we create a subset of our data for use on a test server?

    Resolution:
You can select a set of BIB records which you want to keep and then run the p_manage_33 service to delete all the BIB records which are *not* part of this set -- and also their associated item, HOL, order, etc., records.

You can then run p_manage_15 to delete Browse index records which are no longer linked to BIB records.

You could use SQL to locate and delete z35 and z36h records whose item record no longer exists.

And to locate patrons who have no z36, z37, or z31 records, and then run p_cir_23 to delete the patrons.
