How to make XXXX the only pickup location

Description
We want XXXX to be the pickup location in every case. How can we do this?
Resolution
If you want WBM to be the only pickup option, then change the xxx50 tab37 to have this single line:
##### ## ## ## # XXXX
and restart the pc_server and www_server to make the change take effect.
