    Desired Outcome Goal:
When downloading records from z39.50 bases, or using Duplicate record (Ctrl + N) in GUI Catalog, several screens open indicating that the libraries named are not in the Library.ini file. How to prevent these messages?

    Procedure:
    1. Remove the unwanted libraries from \Catalog\tab\per_lib.ini.
    2. Close and reopen GUI Catalog.
