How do we add a prefix to a new ILL Request in ILL2?
This is required by the British Library.

Resolution:
This functionality is now available via the "Supplier Request Number" field.
You will need to implement rep_changes 870 (adding the prefixed number to the Z411 record) and 1167 (adding the field to the BL form) in version 18.
