Problem Symptoms:
In the Web OPAC, the ILL Request Preferred Media drop-down is empty or contains incorrect media types

Cause:
Media definitions in XXX40/tab/tab_ill_preferred_media do not correspond to ILL-REQUEST-MEDIA formats in XXX40/tab/pc_tab_exp_field_lng

Resolution:
Verify that the media formats defined in XXX40/tab/pc_tab_exp_field_lng are also defined in XXX40/tab/tab_ill_preferred_media
