    IP not authorized to lend items

    Problem Symptoms:
    In the circulation GUI, a message displays that the workstation IP does not have permission to lend items: "This station [IP address] cannot loan items belonging to XXXX [Library]"

    Cause:
    IP address change

    Resolution:
    1. Add new IP addresses to the ./xxx50/tab/ tab_attr_sub_library.
    2. Restart the PC Server (util w/3/3)
