    In Windows 7, BIAF Label Does Not Print Barcode Images, Only Barcode Numbers

    • Product Version: 20, 21, 22, 23
    • Relevant for Installation Type: Dedicated-Direct, Direct, Local, Total Care

     

    Problem Symptoms: 
    • Barcode images do not display in print preview. 
    • Barcode images do not print from BIAF Label on machines with Internet Explorer 9 installed. 
    • Barcodes images do not print with Normal Printing. 

    Cause: 
    CarolinaBar Fonts included with Aleph 20 are not compatible with Internet Explorer 9. 

    Resolution: 
    1. Download and install the attached FontsIE9.exe file. 
    2. Once installed, update instances of the font name CarolinaBar-B39-2.5-22x158x720 in the form_lng directory with CarolinaBar-B39-25G0 Regular.
