    Description:
The Cataloguing Dept. is unable to edit records and save changes to the server.

We *are* able to import records, and to search and view records.

    Resolution:
Searching on 'error ' in the pc_server log, we see this:

    DESCRIPTION: Update Doc
    ACTION : UPDATE
    PROGRAM : pc_cat_c0203

execlp: No such file or directory

    Load error : file 'fix_doc_create_fmT'
    error code: 173, pc=0, call=1, seg=0
173 Called program file not found in drive/directory

This error is occurring because of the following line in the bib $data_tab/tab_fix:

    INS2 fix_doc_create_fmT

    Please correct this to:

    INS2 fix_doc_create_fmt

    and then restart the pc_server ( util w/3/3 ).
