Desired Outcome Goal:
Exclude Cash records related to ILL material arrival (type 0015 in tab18.<lng>) from cash limit related check routines in tab_check_circ

Procedure:
Add parameter CHARGES=-0015 to col. 3 of relevant line in ./xxx50/tab/tab_check_circ.
Example:
CHARGES=-0015

Additional Information:

To include 0015 use CHARGES=+0015.
Even if 0015 is created from ILL and configured in ./xxx40/tab/ill_bor_charge, this type can be used in ./xxx50/tab/tab_check_circ, as all cash records are saved in XXX50 and not in XXX40.
