    Incorrect ABC50.Z103 LKR record pointing to record in ABC30

    Description:
    Bib record 1289233 has four other bib records linked to it -- (1289234, 1289235, 1289236 and 1289237).

    The four linked bib records do not display the item linked to 1289233 in the detailed holdings screen.

    I assume the problem is the Z103_REC_KEY_1 value of "TCU30000002052", which is a course reserves record that a completely different staff member was creating at about the same time.

    What can we do to fix this?

    Resolution:
    The ADM record does not need to have the same number as the bib record, it just needs to have correct links.

    In this case, the 1289234-7 ABC01 records have an LKR field like this:

    LKR L $$aITM$$b1289233$$lABC50

    but, as you note, the ABC50 1289233 record is *not* the ADM record for 1289233. That record is ABC50 1289234.

    You need to update the LKR field in each of the 1289234-7 ABC01 records, so they have ABC50 1289234 instead:

    LKR L $$aITM$$b1289234$$lABC50

    When you save each record, the ITM link will be corrected.
