Description:
We ran all of the headings indexes over the past weekend, and found that the index for the virtual field CLN01 was not created. The index code we were trying to create is CWTTL. As far as we can tell, we have tab00.eng, tab11_acc and tab_expand configured correctly. I have attached the tables for you to look at. We tried indexing individual records using UTIL F/1/13 and then viewing the headings by running UTIL F/1/29. Unfortunately, the index was not built. What is the problem? Did we miss something?
To test the failed CLN01 index, go to the BC OPAC at http://library.bc.edu/F and select the last index on the Basic Search screen: Call Numbers (Testing). Again, the index code is CWTTL.

Resolution:
I find that this expand (expand_doc_bib_852_title) utilizes 852 tags in the Bib record. Were you expecting it to extract the 852 from linked Holdings records? I find that one of your records genereates a CLN01 field - BIB # 1599771. You'll find that this has an 852.

If you want to use this expand to extract 852's from the Holdings record, you could expand the Holdings record into the Bib. To do this, you would add the expand_doc_bib_hol to the ACC section of tab expand ahead of expand_doc_bib_852_title. This would look like this:
