    Question

Is it possible to send a letter from Patron information containing loan information?
We want to send a reminder letter to those patrons leaving the courses.

    Answer

No, it is not possible to print an 'ad hoc' letter containing items and loan information from the Global Patron Information.
Only printouts of type 'list' (LIST, RENEW-LIST) contain loan information.

    Additional Information

You can test the contents of a printout by using the print option 'raw XML' by right-clicking on the printer configuration icon in the right bottom corner and choosing 'raw XML'.
Then you can see exactly, what contents can be used for the printout.
