    Leave Message for Patron in Patron Library Card

    Desired Outcome Goal:
    Leave a message for the patron in his/her library card

    Procedure:
    1. Enter the patron id in the Circulation module
    2. Go to the local patron information section
    3. In the "Web Opac Message" text box add the text the patron will see when entering his/her library card
