    Problem Symptoms:
    Librarian wants to loan a book to a patron but gets the following messages "Expiration date approaching-day/month/year"

    Cause:
    Configuration

    Resolution:
    1a. vi ./xxx50/tab/tab30
    Change the columns 3 ,4 and 5
    from
    xx ##### xxx xx xx
    to
    xx ##### 000 00 00

    or alternate solution:
    1b. Deactivate the check check_circ_1_c_b for LOAN or RENEW in ./xxx50/tab/tab_check_circ

    2. Restart PC server via util w 3/3 to activate either change.
