Why is the $TMPDIR/util_h_03.yyyymmdd...log file generated by util h/3 ("Synchronize alephe file headers") empty (zero-length)? Is this a problem?

Answer

This is normal. When util h/3 is run, the following appears on the screen:
Deleting .lng (not English) files under aleph_headers directories... Done.
log created in /exlibris/aleph/a22_2/tmp/util_h_03.20140618.134249.log

It seems that the reason the log file is empty is that there were no non-English files to delete.
