    Missing Pickup Location in OPAC

    Problem Symptoms:
    The drop-down box for the pickup location for requests is not getting populated, so no requests can be placed.

    Cause:
    Configuration

    Resolution:
    The problem was fixed by changing the following variable in $alephe_root/www_f_lng/item-hold-request-head:
    from
    doc_number
    to
    adm_doc_number
