Description:
When patron logs into web OPAC to view loan history, there are a few loans in the history that have no data in the bibliographic column (e.g., title). We cannot view any definitive information on the item in question to determine why it does not show up. Whys is that?

Resolution:
This is due to items withdrawn and removed from the database after the loan history had been established for the patron on that item.

The z36h shows that the item number for this loan is 001427427-000010. I find that the z30 with this number no longer exists. (It has been deleted.)
