Online-recall without hold request collides with cir_13 (prior to v18)

Description:
When creating a recall with the recall button in circulation module/item tab/item list the letter to the patron is printed correctly.
But when cir_13 is started afterwards, the recall is cancelled and a notice is printed accordingly. Why?

Resolution:
The option "Reset Due Date of Cancelled Requests” refers to an item whose recall was cancelled because the hold request was cancelled. According to your scenario - you do only recall without hold request:
1) You don't create hold request
2) You can't cancel recall and
3) that is why the option "Reset Due Date of Cancelled Requests" doesn't work correctly.
If you do hold request with recall, this option should work.
