    Only "ALEPH" displays in the Local Patron Information list - tab_sub_library.eng

    In version 18, the "Local Patron Information" library list, which displays when we select "Local Patron Information" from the Navigation tree on the left, has "ALEPH" as the only choice.

    We also sometimes get a c0404 error ("Unable to find Local Patron Information").

    We have ABC50 z305 records which were converted from v16, but it seems the system can't find them.

    The message "Unable to find Local Patron Information" could be due to either the lack of a z305 record or an incorrect tab_sub_library.eng.

    The display of "ALEPH" as the only choice in the "Local Patron Information" library list is *always* due to a problem in tab_sub_library.eng.

    You can do util f/4 to verify that you have an abc50 z305 record for a patron with the patron ID "12345":

    dlib abc50
    util f /4
    enter file name (or q to exit) z305
    new key = K, exit = Q, continue = RETURN
    enter start Z305 key (XXXXXXXXXXXX)

    The tab_sub_library.eng needs to have a line for the ABC50 library which looks like the following:

    ! 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 ! 12 13
    ABC50 2 ABC50 L ABC Library ABC50 ABC50 ALEPH

    If you lack the "ABC50" in column 9, like this:

    ABC50 2 ABC50 L ABC Library ABC50 ALEPH

    then "ABC50" will not be included in the Local Patron Information library list.
