P_PRINT_10 Unable to find correct permission for Proc-Name

Description:
In the Catalog module using the menu selection: Services > Retrieve Cataloging Records > Print Index for Bibliography (print-10)
Staff get the following error message "Unable to find correct permission for Proc-Name: P_PRINT_10"

In our user_function.eng table we have this line referring to Print-10 service:
PRINT-S L Services - Print BIB records PRINT-10 L 10 Print Index for Bibliography

Could someone explain why we are getting this error.

Resolution:
This is cause by a couple of incorrect lines in an ALEPH table. This table can be corrected locally. Go to this directory - $aleph_root/tab and you'll find a table named system_privileges. Look for these two lines:

PRINT-S PRINT-09 COMMON P_PRINT_01
PRINT-S PRINT-10 COMMON P_PRINT_09

Column 4 in each line is incorrect. Change the table to this:

PRINT-S PRINT-09 COMMON P_PRINT_09
PRINT-S PRINT-10 COMMON P_PRINT_10

That should correct the problem. (Note: You'll have to restart the pc_server after making the change.)
