Patron Loader (file-20): "From Date can not be earlier than To Date"

Problem Symptoms:
When running the Patron Loader (file-20), records generate the following error message:
Error 0101 : From Date can not be earlier than To Date".?
Cause:
The "To Date" is not eight characters long
Resolution:
Change the 'To Date' in the PLIF file to eight characters (for example, "20130930" instead of "2013930")
Additional Information
All dates (such as, z305_expiry_date, z304_date_from, z304_date_to) must be 8 characters
