    Problem Symptoms:
When a patron with too many overdue items requests an item in Primo, the request is not blocked; in Aleph, it is.

    Cause:
Missing xxx50 tab_hold_request "HL-GRP check_hold_request_1_d" entry. (The HL-GRP and HL-GRP-PRE entries are the ones which apply to Primo.)

    Resolution:
    1. Add the following line to tab_hold_request:

    HL-GRP check_hold_request_1_d

    2. Restart the www_server.
