    Description:
Is it possible to perform search in multiple ALEPH databases form Web OPAC?

We have on the same server two bibliographic libraries (maz01 and ins01) and the customers wants to be able to search in these two bases with only one request. We know that they can use the "multi-base" functionality, but they don't want the second page named "Multibase Search Results", they want to have directly a list of merged records from these two bases.

Is it possible? Is it possible by using another way (z39.50 ..)?

    Resolution:
Even from the multiple-base search, there is no way to create a single list of all hits. Each base has its own set.
