Placing holds on on-shelf items for new sub-library

    Description:
We have a new sub-library (TML) that we want our patrons to be able to request materials to/from in our OPAC even if that item is on the shelf. The problem is that we have check_hold_request_g set in tab_hold_request as a POST check because we do not allow users to request on shelf items from any of our other sub-libraries except LAW. If the user places a hold on an item that is on the shelf for any item other than one at LAW they get the message 'Item or like copy is on the shelf. Cannot place hold request.'.

Somehow we have set our parameters up for our LAW sub-library that allows this (I can place a hold on a law item that is on the shelf) and I would like to set these parameters up for our TML sub-library to allow it as well. The problem is I have no idea how to set this up.

I have changed my own local patron records to allow me to borrow to/from LAW and TML but can only place hold on LAW onshelf items and not on TML onshelf items. I cannot get rid of the check_hold_request_g POST check because we do not allow this behavior for any of our other sub-libraries (the rest are close enough to walk to and LAW and TML are not).

    Resolution:
[From site:] We believe we have found a way to set this up: by putting TML into its own new group (BCGR4) in tab_sub_library.eng and creating item statuses for it in tab15.eng.
