Description:
A patron can update their personal profile via WWW OPAC only if they already have a profile record (z61). If a patron does not have a z61 record and they attempt to change personal profile defaults, a z61 record is not created and the error message, "Fields are missing in profile record. Update cancelled. ", displays. Why isn't z61 profile record created?
