Opening prediction pattern causes the ^ in the vol. field to disappear at level x

Description: Serial prediction pattern - A subfield containing only the character ^ is deleted automatically from field 853X (level X) in the pattern record (ADM or HOL) when issues are opened in ACQ module. This leads to incorrect issue numbering when this record is used as prediction pattern for the next issues.

Solution: This has been corrected.
