Description

Sometimes some GUI users can't update some fields in bib record anymore (all fields are greyed out), although the fields are allowed for their proxy user in permission.dat. This can happen when they switch from another module (like CIRC or ACQ) or switching to another library and back to CAT module.

Resolution

100 entries per user of allowed/denied tags is the maximum enabled in permission.dat. But when a user is by proxy, the GUI program adds temporarily a line to build the user rights.
A proxy user should only have 99 lines in permission.dat
