    Description:
    When we click on the Request button for a particular item in the GUI Circ we get the message "Recall not allowed for this item".

    If we change the Recall type from 01 to 03, it let's the request go through.

    Resolution:
    The message "Recall not allowed for this item" occurs when tab15.eng, column 13 ("Recall"), is set to "N". (It is issued by the check_z37 program; message 225, in error_eng.)
