    Recall where due date unchanged changes due time

    Description:
    System assigns wrong due hour when recall is done on item on loan in situation when due date is left unchanged (because of definition tab16 col. 20) but due hour changed when system reads tab17 for definition in tab16 col. 27 (0, 1 or 3) for date defined in tab16 col. 19.

    Resolution:
    No longer occurring in version 21
