    Remote file error (Global 93)

    Problem Symptoms:
    The server was changed.
    Recalling a service from the History (Service history list) on the GUI displays a window ?€œRemote file error (Global 93)?€? that contains the ?€œUnable to open/locate remote file?€? error message.

    Cause:
    On the new server the slot used for Aleph was changed from a2x_2 to a2x_1 and the paths contained in the <xml_filename> and <html_filename> tags in the .\Alephcom\files\XXXyy\Services\History\ServicesHistory.xml file are not recognized.

    Resolution:
    On the PC open the .\Alephcom\files\XXXyy\Services\History\ServicesHistory.xml with Wordpad and replace the a2x_x and the u2x_x strings with the new definition.
