Running ret_21 with input file results with error message, implying the file doesn’t exist even though it does.
error code: 3/5 (ANS85), pc=0, call=1, seg=0

Resolution
The reason for this message is that the file’s name is written in upper case.
Aleph services can be ran only with lower case file names.
