Sending mails from the GUI result in error 'Errors detected in required email(s).'

Problem Symptoms:
After upgrading from Aleph 20 to Aleph 22 sending mails from the GUI results in:
- there is no action at all
- If the current window is closed, there is an error in the background
'Errors detected in required email(s).
Please refer to the Errors node in the Print History.'

Cause:
Missing configuration in .\alephcom\tab\alephcom.ini

Resolution:
Add the following section to .\alephcom\tab\alephcom.ini as documented in rep_change #2544 (Aleph 21)
