    Short bib 264 year display problem in 008 using fast cataloging

    Problem Symptoms:
    When adding a bibliographic record in e.g. acquisition module and filling in field 264$$c (RDA field publication) with a year the year is not copied to field 008, positions 7-10 although the according fix is correctly added in xxx01/tab/tab_fix:
    INSFS fix_doc_tag_008

    Cause:

    Resolution:
    RDA field 264 needs a second indicator when field 008 shall be filled with the according year. Add indicator 1 [1 = Publication] in xxx01/tab/pc_tab_acq_fast_cat.lng :
    Y 264 1 c Date

    The year added to 264 is then copied correctly to 008.
