Desired Outcome Goal:
How to Assign Staff Privileges to Link items to Holding without editing items or holdings.

Procedure:
1) In XXX01 library > Cataloging tab > Cataloging record > Allow 'Retrieve and View Record'.

2) In XXX50 > Items tab >
2a) Items Control > Allow :
Items - Display list
Filter Items list
Item - Display form

2b) HOL-Links > Allow all subfunctions: (Display, Link, Unlink).

3) Close Staff Privileges window to save Privileges.
