Description
The message "This util option cannot be accessed via this host machine (xxxx.com)" is received in response to any util c command.
Resolution
The XXXX_HOST_NAME parameters are used only in the new, multi-tier topology (which includes a separate "batch server").
If this isn't a multi-tier topology, then the BATCH_HOST_NAME parameter -- and any XXXX_HOST_NAME parameters -- can be commented out or removed.
