Problem Symptoms:
A few BIB records with a lot of linked items got suddenly two ADM records

Cause:
The run of two different ue_01 daemons in BIB library and ADM library can provide indexing problems and can lead to build additional ADM records

Resolution:
Start only one ue_01 daemon for both libraries.
