Description:
The USM50 patron files seem to be missing or defective. I can't find local patron info for patrons who have global records. (There's no error message, but the list of local "sublibraries", which should have ALEPH, USM50, etc., is completely blank.)

And I can't create a new patron because no home library seems to be acceptable.

Resolution:
The problem was the fact that $alephe_tab/tab_sub_library.eng was lacking the lines for USM50.

I copied the USM50 lines from the a-tree (/exlibris/aleph/a18_2/alephe/tab/tab_sub_library.eng), adding them to the u-tree tab_sub_library.eng.
