    Description:
Where there should be a label next to a box in the GUI, the following message displays "Unable to find Id ...".

For example:  "Unable to Find Id JobMgrFileList.Config"

    Resolution:
The "Unable to find Id ..." message occurs because the GUI program is looking for a particular line in the .\xxxx\eng\window.dat file and it isn't there.

In this example, in the .\alephcom\eng\window.dat file on a PC which had problem we saw:

    JobMgrFileList.Config1                  #Normal Printing
    JobMgrFileList.Config2                  #Preview
    JobMgrFileList.Config3                  #View Raw XML
    JobMgrFileList.Config4                  #Browse XML

Adding the following line corrected the problem:

    JobMgrFileList.Config5                  #Browse HTML

Also, check the Knowledge Base for the complete, exact message; make sure that you have the most current window.dat file.
