Problem Symptoms:
1. The message:

Remote service error (c0404 recheck 22)
Unable to find Local Patron information

occurs on any attempt to check out (load) an item.

2. When "[O] Local Patron Information" is selected under "Patron Registration" in the tree on the left, the upper right frame ("Local Patron Information") is empty.

Cause:
The pc_cir_c0404 program produces this message via ./error_eng/pc_cir_c0404:

0022 0000 L Unable to find Local Patron Information

when CALL "io_z305_selected" gets a non-zero return code.

io_z305_selected returns a code of "1" under two conditions:

a. It finds there is no $alephe_tab/tab_sub_library.lng line for the z305 "sublibrary" (which can be: a sublibrary, an ADM library, or "ALEPH").

b. it finds for a "Sublibrary Type" (column 2) sublibrary of "1" or "2" that column 9 is blank.

Resolution:
a. Restore $alephe_tab/tab_sub_library.lng ; or

b. Make sure that column 9 is not blank for any Sublibrary Type 1 or 2 sublibraries.
