    Description:
We are running inventory reports and updating the item process status on "not found" items in item-09. We have updated the not found items to "missing" and would now like to update again to "not in process".

When we try to run the report again and select "change to process status" None or Not in Process, we get the pop-up error message "Process Status for Update must have a value".

    Resolution:
It is not possible to change the item process status to "None" or "Not in process" via p-item-09. Please use Change Item Information or Change Item Process status from the Items menu in Cataloging or Circulation modules. Or, use the p_manage_62 service, which accepts an input file of item keys. In p_manage_62 service, specify:

    "From item process status:" <empty>
    "To item process status:" ZZ

This will change the item process status of all the items to null.
