    Updating local patron: "Unable to go to position 0 In UserLocalExpand"

    Description:
    In our test version 16.02 instance, staff are unable to update any local patron information (status, expiration date, etc.) converted from 14.2. They get the error message: "Unable to go to position 0 In UserLocalExpand".

    Resolution:
    [From site:] I discovered that the problem updating local patron information was only happening with the LAW sublibrary; we were able to update local patron information for the MAIN sublibrary.

    I also noticed that two possibly relevant tables, tab_sub_library.eng and tab_attr_sub_library, had the upgraded-from-14.2 versions in the "a" tree rather than the "u" tree. I copied these to our "u" tree, and that seems to have resolved this problem.
