    Question

When publishing procedure (publish-06) is running "From last handled date", what is the exact value written into tab_publish_timestamp?

    Answer

The value is the timestamp of the last published record which has been processed by the running procedure. Also be aware that the timestamp is encoded in UTC date format.

You can check the last published record in the publishing daemon logfile (run_e_21.nnnnn) in the $data_scratch directory.

The written timestamp is not a start time, either end time of the running procedure, as it is "From last handled date".
